HJ100 is automatic balcony-style packingmachine in intermittent movement. This machine inspected by photoelectricswitches is Controlled by PLC programs to realize each function in accordancewith assurance of the quality of products. The machine mainly consists of themajor parts: paper-folding machine (folding manual) and carton packing machine.The paper-folding machine folds the manual and then transports it to theboard-pushing spot and then to put them together into the carton. The cartonpacking machine can automatically take cartons, arrange the board, pushing theboards, print the batch number, seal and transport the carton and finally putout the ready products.
This machine adopted PLC controlling system, by man-computer operation, whichmeets the standard of GMP. The max speed can produce 120 cartons per minute.The machine can be used in the connection with aluminium-plastic packingmachine. The machine can automatically and orderly arrange the boards cut andpushed from the aluminium-plastic packing machine to pack.
